Dropbox Blog: Announcing Dropbox Affiliates!

  • Heiko Behrens · 6 months ago
I have just expressed my thoughts about dropbox and recommended it to everyone who reads my blog http://www.1160pm.net/2009/07/08/how-dropbox-si... or follows me on twitter.

Don't want to get richt with this step and cannot think of a scenario where your affiliates program would work for me. Anyway, I hope it pays off for you.

Tried to become an affiliate today with no success. Why is it that I must have my own website and indicate the number of visitors it receives? I don't think this is necessary to market Dropbox effectively. I am a believer in your tool and have been recommending it to countless clients and contacts. You should remove the web site requirement in the application process and you will have more of us preaching your praises as affiliates.

I registered for the program with Commission Junction last month. After registering and selecting Dropbox ads it was around 2 weeks later that I was approved to select ads for my website (http://buckycomputing.net). The code is simple and Commission Junction is an easy site to navigate. No complaints thus far. Thanks for the opportunity.

It is too bad the program was dropped.
